Andreas Bodczek oversees the strategic evolution and development of RNTS Media, with a focus on creating sustainable shareholder value. A passionate entrepreneur with a proven track record of managing high-growth businesses, Bodczek commands 15 years’ experience in business development, strategic expansion, and financial management. As co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fyber, a subsidiary of RNTS Media, the company evolved into a leading mobile Supply-Side Platform that empowers app developers to build sustainable businesses through advertising. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer of Telefónica Deutschland, where Bodczek was responsible for the German fixed net operations of the Spanish telecoms group.
Chief Financial Officer
Heiner Luntz has 20 years of acquisition-driven growth experience, previously serving as CFO at information security company NTT Com Security AG, SES Global’s ND Satcom and First Data International’s Acquisition Group. He started his career with Arthur Andersen where he gained the qualifications as tax advisor and chartered accountant and led several IPO and acquisition projects.
Chief Operating Officer
Ziv Elul co-founded Inneractive in 2007 and has been its CEO since. He brings 15 years of industry and management experience that helps guide the company through the deep waters. Ziv’s main focus is on the business operation, R&D and financial aspects on the company. In addition to his role at Inneractive, Ziv serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in Israel’s Reserves Corps and sits on the management of Israel’s branch of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), a global network of young Chief Executives. Ziv is deeply involved in the local high tech and startup ecosystem and mentors and advises young entrepreneurs. He holds an Executive MBA which he graduated from with honors.
RNTS Media Supervisory Board
Dirk Van Daele
Dirk Van Daele is the Chairman of RNTS Media’s supervisory board and the Chief Executive Officer, member of the Board of Directors, and controlling shareholder of Anoa Capital S.A., which advises and executes placements of debt and equity securities for a number of clients, including RNTS Media. Van Daele commands over 25 years of international business experience in the commercial banking,finance, and technology sectors in both Europe and Asia. Since 2004, he has been active in alternative finance in Europe via DAM Capital S.à r.l., a joint-venture between Philip Anschutz and Dresdner Bank, and subsequently Belvall Capital SA of Ripplewood Holdings.
Guy Dubois is a member of RNTS Media’s supervisory board and the chairman of the Board of Directors, a member of the Executive Committee, and acting Chief Executive Officer of SecureAlert, a global tracking and electronic monitoring services company. He is also the founder and chairman of Singapore-based Tetra House Pte. Ltd., a provider of consulting and advisory services worldwide. He was formerly Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gategroup AG, and held various executive leadership roles at Gate Gourmet Holding LLC and Roche Vitamins Inc. He also served on the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) team in Switzerland in various roles, including Treasurer and Chief Accountant.
Dr. Grenz is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and acts as independent financial expert. He is also Managing Director of KIMBRIA GmbH, an investment and consultancy boutique headquartered in Berlin/Germany and holds several Supervisory Board positions. He has a track record as CEO and CFO in a variety of listed companies and in private equity. Grenz serves as President of the Financial Experts Association in Germany, he is a professor at Kiel University faculty for economics.
After finishing his studies in law in 1998, Jens Schumann started working for the internet agency Icon Medialab AG in Hamburg. After six months, he co-founded Tipp24 AG (today Zeal Network SE) and IPOed it in 2005. After regulatory changes in Germany, the company moved its major assets to the UK in 2009 and changed its business model. After managing these successful changes, Schumann left the company. He then started advising and financing start-ups, worked as an interim MD for Alecto GmbH (friendsurance.de) and joined several Boards as a non-executive member.
Crid Yu’s digital career started at Google where he spent 8 years building their businesses in China, Southeast Asia, and other geographies. At Google he was also an early leader on developing monetization strategies for YouTube and lead a team to launch a new premium ad network. Since 2011, Yu has held several roles in the startup world: among others, he ran strategic partnerships at Buddy Media (sold to Salesforce.com) as well as the North America business for InMobi, the largest independent mobile ad network globally and scaled the business for Jana Mobile 3x to become a leading mobile marketing platform in emerging markets.
